TAKE OFF

Diamond Take Off - Half Squirrel Cage - Half Cuban 8
RUNWAYS 36L and 36R - #2 + #1 + #3 + #4 (#2 and #3 switched)
From a finger four formation (2-1-3-4) the Diamond is formed right after take off as the #4 slot rudders in under #3 to line up with #1 and close the Diamond, heading 3-6-0 (N).
The Diamond climbs - SMOKE ON - to perform a half cuban eight and reverse course
over Rafeiraga to engage a tight turn to port over Conwy, heading 0-9-0 (E),
entering the 8 sim show pattern over the Aldabra Sea - SMOKE OFF.

Solos Take Off - Dirty Roll & Split S
RUNWAY 32 - #5 + #6
From a wedge right the two solos take off in turns, #5 will perform a DIRTY ROLL at 40% speed and break STARBOARD (right) going CLEAN asap and climbing the Solos pattern at 150 meters,
 #6 holds a couple of seconds before going CLEAN over the deck (5 to 10 meters) and pulling a power climb at 50% speed to perform an IMMELMANN and come 1-3-5 (SE) over Miramar,
 then break PORT (left) and head 3-6-0 (N) to MIRROR #5 over the Aldabra Sea.

PASS ONE

DIAMOND
Diamond 360 Pass - SMOKE ON
Formation enters Conwy heading 0-9-0 (E) at an altitude of 75 meters, turning smoke on over Maris. The four aircraft then execute a gentle Port turn to give the audience a close look at the minimum wingtip to canopy distance. The pass is a wide 360 arc, all of which is performed over Conwy with entry point from Maris and Exit point at Port Gonn. Smoke off on Port Gonn.

SOLOS
Opposing Horizontal Roll
Symmetrical drop to 60 meters after the Diamond executes PASS ONE, stabilize and turn to each other on the East-West axis - SMOKE ON. Go head to head, slightly aside, and roll to PORT (left) just before contact at center point on Conwy, completing a 760 roll (two 360 rolls) - SMOKE OFF - then turn North and climb to 130 meters, resuming the waiting pattern echelon right.

PASS TWO

DIAMOND
Diamond Aileron Roll - NO SMOKE
As the Diamond approaches center point Conwy all four pilots roll their aircraft 360 degrees simultaneously - FIGHT MODE. They enter Conwy from Maris and leave by Port Gonn.

SOLOS
Section High Alpha Pass
The two solo pilots line up on echelon right at 130 meters and drop together to 60 meters as the Diamond executes PASS TWO. Coming into Conwy from Maris at 35% they stay CLEAN - SMOKE ON - dropping to 25% power and virtually standing #5 and #6 on their tails.
Closing the border with Port Gonn - SMOKE OFF- solos accelerate to 45% and climb to 130 meters to resume the hold pattern.

PASS THREE

DIAMOND
Dirty Loop
Assuming a FULL DIRTY configuration (gear, flaps & hook), the Diamond enters Conwy from Maris with SMOKE ON already and performs a slow speed loop over center point Conwy,
exiting the display area heading 0-9-0 (E) into Port Gonn.

SOLOS
Fortus - NO SMOKE
The two solo pilots line up echelon right at 130 meters and drop together to 60 meters as the Diamond executes PASS THREE. They slow to 35%, go full DIRTY over Maris and after they enter Conwy #6 rolls 180 degrees and stays inverted forming a mirror image called "The Fortus". Near Conwy's border with Port Gonn #6 completes the 360 degree roll and stays on echelon right as the two solos accelerate to 45% and climb to 130 meters.

PASS FOUR

DIAMOND
Echelon Right Parade Pass
The Diamond breaks and forms echelon right in tight formation to enter Conwy from Maris with SMOKE ON to fly a straight line leading them 0-9-0 (E) to Port Gonn - SMOKE OFF.

SOLOS
Tuck Away Roll
 The two solo pilots line up on a wedge right at 130 meters after their PASS THREE and drop together to 60 meters as the Diamond completes PASS FOUR. They turn to 1-8-0 over Rafeiraga at 35% and stay CLEAN - SMOKE ON - accelerate to 50% power and over Conwy roll together 270 degrees on their axis, crossing with minimum separation. They climb to 70 meters - SMOKE OFF- and execute a Split S still over Conwy, heading 3-6-0 (N) to Rafeiraga resuming the pattern as they ready for the echelon right six plane PASS FIVE.

PASS FIVE

DIAMOND & SOLOS
Six Plane Echelon Right Pass
The Diamond breaks into echelon right as they turn to 2-7-0 over Couse and align over Valdivian.
The solos will join the echelon right over Rafeiraga and Palmerston.
The six planes will enter Maris as echelon right - SMOKE ON - and head 0-9-0 (E) into Port Gonn - SMOKE OFF - where the two solos break together high to climb to 130 meters turning 3-6-0 (N) into Valdivian to resume the solo pattern.

PASS SIX

DIAMOND
Double Farvel
The Diamond forms again between Couse and Palmerston after PASS FIVE and enter Conwy from Maris at 35%. as they all enter Conwy, the top and bottom Angels of the Diamond, One and Four, roll 180 degrees to inverted position staying in the Diamond and heading 0-9-0 (E) into port Gonn where they complete the 360 roll resuming the upright position.

SOLOS
High Speed Aileron Roll
Entering Maris from Palmerston the two solos align heading 0-9-0 (E) and accelerate to 55%, then enter Conwy and at center point they perform a 360 roll individually and exit to Port Gonn where they slow down to 45% and climb to 70 meters as they turn to 3-6-0 into Valdivian in preparation for PASS SEVEN with the other Angels.

PASS SEVEN

DIAMOND AND SOLOS
Delta Parade Pass
The Diamond is joined by the Solos between Valdivian and Palmerston to form a Delta formation. The Delta will turn on Maris heding 0-9-0 (E) - SMOKE ON - and perform a 35% parade pass over Conwy, entering Port Gonn and remaining in delta formation - SMOKE OFF.

LANDING

Delta Carrier Break
Coming around to Conwy from Maris after PASS SEVEN the delta formation will execute a timed Carrier Break in CLEAN configuration. Leader calls BREAK - each plane breaks 3 secs apart from each other, up and to PORT (left) to take the landing wide pattern in a single file.
As they turn heading 3-6-0 they will cross into the North row sims and then turn to 2-7-0 (W) in a East-West landing pattern, each plane will turn to 1-8-0 (S) as they enter Rafeiraga and land by numbers at Miramar's 18L runway.
